Gabi Varga is a Trauma-Informed Personal Trainer. She's been a trainer for almost 20 years. She started her journey as a group fitness instructor in her home country, Hungary. She continued that path in Montreal, later she became a personal trainer after moving to her current city, Vancouver.
Her own experience with overtraining and trauma put her on the trauma-informed path and decided to pivot her angle and help people who need a more gentle approach to movement and fitness.
She helps people to become better connected to their bodies and they recognize that, a safe space, autonomy, and supportive environment that may not be offered by a conventional fitness coach.
