This is a slow, relaxing tension-release class for bodies that feel tight, guarded or overworked. Using a foam roller and a ball (tennis or Lacrosse), we support your body in easing out of constant muscle bracing. You'll leave feeling more relaxed, grounded, and free in how you move. 

Perfect mid-week, end-of-day class.

Mobility and Flexibility
Saturday 11am PST

This class improves mobility and flexibility in a way that complements your existing training. It offers a slower, supportive session for recovery or low-energy days. You'll build freedom in your joints, feel more fluid & capable in how you move.

Perfect weekend reset.
